Refund & Cancellation Policy

Shirdi Sai Sivanesan Swamiji Memorial Trust values the generosity and support of its donors. We strive to maintain the highest levels of transparency in our financial operations and charitable activities.
1. Donations
All donations made through this website are voluntary contributions towards charitable, religious, educational, healthcare, and community welfare activities conducted by the Trust.
2. Refund Policy
Donations are generally non-refundable. However, refund requests may be considered under specific circumstances.
Eligible Circumstances:
- check_circle Duplicate donation transactions
- check_circle Multiple deductions due to technical issues
- check_circle Incorrect donation amount due to payment gateway errors
- check_circle Unauthorized transactions reported by the donor
3. Refund Request Procedure
Refund requests must be submitted within seven (7) days of the transaction date.

4. Approval
All refund requests shall be reviewed individually by the Trust. The decision of the Trust shall be final and binding.
5. Processing Time
Approved refunds may take 7 to 15 business days to reflect in the donor's account.
6. Cancellation
Once a donation has been successfully processed, cancellation requests are generally not permitted as funds are immediateley allocated to welfare initiatives.
